The permit was granted but the decision was appealed and is currently in that appeal process (as of 2019). Some of the neighbors abutting this project organized as the Silver Hill Group and has been working with consultants to work on a compromise with the developer where the scope of the project would be reduced to 8 units, all market-rate. This will require a change to the Town's Zoning By-laws to add a Transit-Oriented Senior Development overlay district, which is included in the Dec. 3, 2019 Special Town Meeting warrant by petition.
