Kendal Village: 16 rental units on 1.46 acres

Update - On November 27, 2023, the Zoning Board of Appeals granted the waiver requests and the applicant withdrew the appeal of the Building Inspectors decision, clearing the way for  final review of the building permit applications. 

It is expected that the review will be complete by mid-to-late December.  

Please submit any questions relative to the building permits and associated construction documents no later than December  12, 2023.

These building permit applications and documents submitted in support of commencement of construction are being reviewed to ensure compliance with the conditions of the Board of Appeals Comprehensive Permit. Follow this page for information regarding the construction of the project.
