Memorial Pool Renovation

The Recreation Commission and Recreation Department have been planning a renovation for Memorial Pool over the past year.  This project needs your vote for approval at Special Town Meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 7 PM at Weston High  School.  

The goal is to make necessary upgrades to critical operational aspects and modernize our amenities to keep Memorial pool a valued facility for Weston

  • Permanent steps into pool
  • Additional safety railings
  • Outdoor showers
  • Secure fencing
  • Lifeguard chairs
  • First aid station
  • Manager office

Estimated cost for this project is approximately $2.9 million and we are requesting$3.3 million to cover project contingencies.  This will be funded through Community Preservation Act funds.  If approved, construction will start shortly after Town Meeting and be completed prior to the pool opening in summer 2023.
