Building Complex Features
The combined 4 buildings have 75 apartments. Of all apartments, 55 are subsidized and 20 are rented at market rate. The building features 73 1-bedroom units and the other 2 units contain 2 bedrooms.
All buildings have elevators, a community laundry room, and multiple sitting areas. There are 2 large community rooms available for tenant functions and informal group gatherings.
The complex has an on-site manager who oversees building maintenance, tenant relations, leasing, and HUD eligibility. Besides the manager, a full-time maintenance worker and part-time housing assistant are on site.
Rental Information
Rental housing is very limited in Weston and in high demand. For the subsidized
units the wait can be 3 - 6 years, due to the number of applicants on the
wait list. Income qualifications for these apartments follow current HUD Income Limits.
The wait list for the market rent units is shorter with immediate occupancy occasionally available. An application is necessary for either type of apartment. One month’s rent and a security deposit are required upon occupancy.

Tenant Responsibilities
The rent includes heat and hot water. Each tenant is responsible for paying his / her own electric, cable and phone bill.
The Complex has a Manager who is overseen by the
Elderly Housing Committee.
