New Online Payment Service Provider & Lockbox Service Provider - Effective July 1, 2022
On July 1, 2022, the Town of Weston is upgrading two financial services with enhanced features that will benefit residents. These changes will affect payments of personal property tax, real estate tax, motor vehicle excise tax, and water bills.
New Online Payment System:
The Town will be utilizing City Hall Systems. This system is an improved way for residents to pay bills online. With the new system, residents are able to opt-in and review bills from Fiscal Year 2023 onward. The link to the new online payment system will be listed on below on July 1, 2022.
New Lockbox Service Provider:
Internally, the Town is discontinuing the use of Eastern/Century Bank and migrating to Leader Bank. If residents physically mail payments, the lockbox mailing address will be changing. Discard old return envelopes and use the new return envelopes that will be mailed with the new bills.
Pay Bills Online
Starting July 1, 2022, the online payment service provider will be City Hall Systems. These changes will affect payments of personal property tax, real estate tax, motor vehicle excise tax, and water bills.

Convenience Charges
A convenience fee is applied to each electronic check and credit/debit payment through City Hall Systems. Convenience fees cover various administrative costs associated with processing these types of payments and are non-refundable. The convenience fee is automatically calculated and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing.
Use of a credit or debit card will incur a convenience fee based on a percentage of the amount paid and depending on the type the card used. The fee when using an Electronic Check is a flat rate fee no matter the bill amount. The Town of Weston receives only the bill payment amount, not the convenience fee.
The Bulky Waste Payment Website is credit/debit card only and no convenience fee will be applied.
Create and Manage Your Account through City Hall Systems
You do not need an account to look up bills or make payments on the City Hall Systems website. However, there are many benefits from signing up for an account on the City Hall Systems online epayment site. If you have an account, you can request to receive email alerts, schedule payments, automatically pay bills, view payment history, and more.
