Craft room open

Craft Room open for Winter Break

The Craft Room is open for winter break 9:30 AM - 1/2 hour before close. For kids ages 2 and up! Come in and make a Snowman Ornament in the Craft Room during the winter break. We'll have the directions on the work tables, and the supplies on the supply table.  Follow the directions and make your own Snowman Ornament to take home!  Adapt the directions if you would like to add variety.
You'll have to get one key ingredient at the Youth Services Desk...so come say "Hi" before you start, and then show us how your beautiful creation turned out when you've finished! Adults MUST stay with kids who cannot read to help them follow the directions.  One ornament per visit.
January Book Groups

Is your New Year's resolution to read more?

Join one of our book discussion groups! Our book groups have something for every adult reader! Copies of the books are available at the circulation desk. Even if you don't finish the book, please feel free to come (as long as you don't mind a spoiled ending). Our books groups are relaxed, inviting, and a great way to check off that New Year's resolution to read a bit more.

Book Match

Personalized book selection services

Join Book Match today!
Meet your new favorite book with Book Match personalized reading service
Let us find you your next favorite book! Just answer a few questions and we will regularly provide you with fresh reads.
Book Match is like a book subscription box, but FREE from your Weston public library.
Here's how it works:
Just answer a few simple questions about what you like to read and we will choose up to 3 books for you monthly or bi-weekly. You will be notified when your Book Match package is ready to be picked up.
The not-so-fine print:

  • You can unsubscribe from Book Match at any time. Just come in or call the Reference Department at 781-786-6165
  • Your Book Match package can be picked up at the Circulation Desk, under your name.
  • We want you to have the best possible reading experience! Please give us feedback on your selections through the paper form you will find in your Book Match package.
  • We respect your privacy! We will never access your Minuteman Library Network account without your permission. We will not record what items you check out with your library card, but we will keep track of titles suggested to you and information you provide on the feedback form to better inform your personalized picks.

Ready to get started?
Just click here to fill out a short form so we can get to know your reading tastes a little better. Alternately, you can stop by the Reference Desk to fill out a paper form.
