Keep those kids busy during vacation week and beyond

After a beautiful weekend celebrating a whole host of holidays, having the entire area overtaken by some of the best athletes in the world, and finally getting those taxes done and dusted, it is truly school vacation week! Even after all that activity you still may need something to do for the rest of the week and beyond. We've got that covered:

Sing-Along with Jeannie Mack is back on the third Thursday of each month! Join us outdoors on the library lawn starting April 21 at 10:30 AM. 

Babies, toddlers, and preschool families should bring their dancing shoes and be prepared to boogie!  Jeannie will sing old favorites and seasonal songs...plus rhymes and fingerplays to enjoy.

Outside on the Library Lawn, weather permitting. We will notify everyone registered the day before if there is a weather change. For the April 21st program, our rain date is April 28th. Same time, same place! Register for this month's program.

Whoooo's that sitting on a branch? Teens paint along with Pop-up Art School to create this naturalistic owl. Learn how to create wings and feathers that look textural. Finish the painting off with a sprinkling of stars in the night sky in this digital, pause-when-you-need-to, art class. Stop by the Youth Services desk at the library to sign up, pick up your FREE materials, and get the link.

The Friends of the Weston Public Library is seeking nominations for their Board! The FWPL Board helps connect the Weston community through supporting library programming, special events, museum passes and concerts. Board roles include communications, book sale and membership.
