Pediatric COVID- 19 Vaccine Clinic Series

The Wayland and Weston Health Departments are partnering with Transformative Healthcare to offer a series of public Pediatric COVID-19 vaccine clinics

These public clinics are open to ages 6 months-12 years in age, accompanied by a parent/guardian/caring adult, from any town of residence.

 Wednesdays: January 25, February 1, February 8, February 15

 12 noon - 2 PM

Wayland Town Building, Large Hearing Room

Pre-register/consent to vaccination online here prior to arrival. Links will also be posted to the Wayland and Weston Health Department webpages.

We are offering initial COVID-19 vaccine and boosters as follows:

• Moderna 6 months - 4 years primary vaccine 
• Pfizer 5+ years primary vaccine
• Moderna 6 months - 4 years bivalent booster
• Pfizer 5 years -11 years and Pfizer 12+years and older bivalent booster
