Health Coaching Series at the COA
This 4-week series starts Wednesday, April 11, 1-2pm at the Council on Aging. Certified Health and Wellness Coach Lisa Carusone will help you create sustainable health behavior change. Examples include:
- weight loss and maintaining weight loss
- developing an approach to healthy eating that is fun and manageable
- beginning, and sustaining a fitness program that is enjoyable and do-able
- reducing home clutter and creating a more peaceful - and safer - home environment
- compliance with taking medication
- getting a good night’s sleep and creating habits for consistent, restorative sleep
- addressing loneliness and isolation
- creating balance among activities
