I started filling out the original survey - but the main question that applied to me, at age 83, was Do you use the town's recreation facilities? I would have answered No, and then should have been directed to perhaps a few questions that would be relevant. I gave up answering it because I really couldn't answer the questions I was being asked.

Today I was on the track and was kicked off by the police. I have been using the Newton South for weeks now, and I am also aware that the towns surrounding Weston all have their fields and tracks open as well. At first I was simply annoyed, however once Phase 1 came out which promoted all outdoor services and practically mandated the right for me to train(not fool around) on my school track, I, and practically everyone I’ve talked to, was under the impression that the track would open. My idea Is that people who have a genuine purpose for the track should be allowed on it, and since the track+ field takes up a 175m x 90m space, you could technically fit 1500 people on the track at once without being within 10 feet of each other. Though to be safe and since we’re moving around, let’s call it 30. My idea is that 30 people WITH LEGITIMATE PURPOSE are allowed on the track, and we will submit forms letting the town know how we intend to use the track. Training would work, but not walking.
