2. The Council on Aging (COA) Bus and Volunteer Drivers Program is available to Weston residents age 60 and over. New passengers are required to provide additional personal information and sign our Passenger Guidelines & Procedures prior to their first ride.
   
   Please note submission of this form does not guarantee transportation for your desired day and/or time.
   
   A COA Transportation Coordinator will contact you within one business day to confirm your trip request and discuss details. Requests can be made up to one month in advance.
